Was fast friendly and I got the item I came in to get. Associate was really nice and gave me time to locate the product and answered my questions about an older pair of glasses I had.

Fantastic experience. Wow customer service is not extinct. My salesperson Jake was more than helpful. Jake's knowledge of the product was extremely helpful. Jake built my custom sunglasses in just a few moments giving me choices along the way. I am very happy with my new on the water sunglasses. It should be noted Jake took a fair amount of time with me explaining lens abilities and frame colors then building said glasses but staying aware of other customers waiting.

The customer service was exceptional. The Associate, Brian, had a broad knowledge base of his products. He offered informed suggestions based on what I told him I had in mind. This was a rare instance these days where I felt heard. The price was less that what I would have paid online. This was definitely a five star experience!
