went in here yesterday. last time I was there was 3 years ago. my Raider Homie remembered me and I got the new moto g 5g. my old moto g play was on its last legs but was still going strong. transferred all my stuff over to the new phone and once I got it all set up I am as happy as can be! be smart always get a case and a screen protector! he recommends them because they work!
I had a lot of questions before I made the purchase and he answered all of them easily, quickly, and professionally! and yet with that personal touch that you only get from truly competent and friendly people. if you don't want a contract this is the place to go!

I live in Madison county and went to the Richmond location, which recently closed. The owner of that store made me so uncomfortable. He even texted me once after I left the store in a very unprofessional manner, and I never went back after that. But when my phone crashed last week, I had no choice but to find a new store. This location is the closest to Richmond, so I rushed there and got in with just a few minutes before close. I felt SO BAD showing up so late, but Sunny didn't seem bothered at all. He was kind, respectful, and fun. While I was there, he has interactions with 3 other customers and was genuinely invested in making sure they were satisfied. He gave me a great deal on a phone I loved and earned a new repeat customer. Go to Sunny!!!

Sunny and Marwan ALWAYS knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I came in on October 16th for myself and he hooked me up so much that I didn't just buy one phone but two! Then I came in on December 22 and he worked his magic again for a phone for my baby. I can't recommend this Metro location enough. I've been a Metro PCS customer for years, but I have gotten the absolute best service at the Pimlico Pkwy locale. I always get a great deal and the customer service is wonderful.
