Omar was very professional. He repaired my Nissan Altima after I was hit by another vehicle. Not only did he fix the damage, he also repaired my rear bumper at no extra cost. Highly recommended??

Very disappointed with the service here, dropped off my car in April 10th and kept checking in every few days and owner kept moving the day because of various reasons, today may 3rd I went into the shop to get my car back since I was promised it’d be done and when I pulled in it had not being moved from where it was parked where I left it and it had been collecting dust and pollen… I called the owner and asked why he had told me it’ll be ready today and I’m in the shop with my car just collecting dust outside his shop and nothing had been done, he said he needed a few more days and would give a discount so I decided to take it back, I was promised it would be done in 10 days and he was still lying about the whole delay and wanted me to keep my car when I’ve been patiently waiting and trying to be understanding only to come and see it was not even touched, very disappointed and I lost almost a month of my time.

My vehicle's bumper was damaged while backing out in a parking lot. There seemed to be nothing wrong with the bumper itself, only the paint was peeling off. However, all the other body shops I have visited asked for the bumpers to be replaced and told me to wait at least a month. But this shop said that just repainting is sufficient without replacing the bumper. I think he is honest and his work is fast and precise, and the painting color is perfectly harmonious.Service: Painting

On a Saturday, another car hit my trailer's wheel cover and almost tore it off. I called Meriden and the owner had me bring it over, even though he doesn't work on trailers. He anchored it well enough to keep it from rattling or falling off until I could take it to a trailer repair shop. He was helpful, friendly and great to deal with! Omar is a nice guy who communicated well and quoted me a much better price than any other mechanic or bodywork specialist for a replaced drivers side mirror. I'd definitely come back or refer a friend.

Omar was very nice and extremely professional. I came in with a quote from another body shop and he was able to give me a great deal. With that, he called me before the work was done and told me there was an imperfection that he wanted to fix before giving it back to me, which I very much appreciated. Omar is a friendly guy, but his work is subpar and his communication skills, or lack thereof, leaves much to be desired. He painted both sides of quarter panel, rear bumper, and trunk and now I have three different shades of red on my car...He also scratched my car in the process of painting the quarter panel. He did not blend the paint well to match car and left a black spot. He apparently guarantees his work, so I went back 3 different times to get the paint to match. After 3 failed attempts to get the paint to match, Omar says there’s nothing he can do about it... Way to “guarantee” his work.Also left my car a mess when I first picked it up. Ans he never had my car ready when he said it would be.

I gave Omar a hard time throughout the process of fixing my challenger because I really wanted my car back and I was being way too impatient. Omar is a great guy and an even better Mechanic/Body Shop. He could have messed my car up or did whatever he wanted with it after I kept getting on his nerves and in in my opinion I was being rude and unappreciative but he didn't! He fixed my car and it truly looks better now than it did before the accident so thank you Omar! If the mechanic didn’t replace my passenger side mirror right in front of me, I would have been convinced that he used magic. In under 10 mins and for a fraction of the cost quoted by the dealership, my mirror was completely replaced and in perfect working order! He got me in the same day I called, was extremely professional, and the whole experience completely transformed my initial feelings towards car issues (expensive, time consuming, all around awful, overall feelings of dread) into total relief and happiness! My car looks good as new and I can’t thank y’all enough!!!
