This was our first time to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Lexington, Kentucky! Ty, Woody and Addie were awesome and made sure that purchasing our vehicle was an awesome experience and it was well worth the 4 hour drive to get there! Ty was our sales person and he went above and beyond helping us find the right vehicle! He is top notch and answered my many texts and phone calls and gave us the best deal for our vehicle! Addie was our technology specialist, and she also went above and beyond and simplified the process for us to learn the technology and all the options on our RX 350h! Woody was our finance person and went above and beyond also to explain everything and wasn’t pushy when he offered us the extended warranty’s! We will most definitely be purchasing our next vehicle there! They even welcomed our dog! This is most definitely the best dealership we have dealt with! The sales people here are AAA and this was probably the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Skipper was honest , and very helpful , knowledgeable.
