We showed up at the Hamburg location at 8:00 and was met as the clerk locking the door. The sign on the door said they closed at 9:00. When we asked to come in and shop we were told “we changed our hours we close at 8”. Yet, the sign says 9:00 and their website says 9:00 and the internet link says 9:00. She - and the others - clearly didn’t want to stay past 8:01. We explained that we had driven from Atlanta all day and hurried to get to the store before they closed at 9. The response was, “I’m sorry” and closed the door and locked it. Another couple had arrived at 7:55pm and was told very sternly, “we close in five minutes”. They felt pressured to look around and left as we were standing at the door taliking to the clerk. They stated one of the staff members was very rude. Get it together, people. As I’m typing this outside of the store at 8:15pm, three other couples have approached the door to find it locked. Not a good look for the night before a UK game.

Great customer service! I called the Fayette Plaza store in Lexington & placed an order over the phone with Courtney & she was great! I don't live in Lexington but arranged to have my order picked up by my son. Described what I needed & she got in touch with the warehouse & made sure they had each item & size I needed. Very patient & sweet to talk to. Everyone should have a Courtney working for them!

My fave shop for KY merch. Every single time. Super helpful service from Courtney, Sarah, and Katie as I picked up an online order and, obvi, lol, bought myself a new vintage UK tshirt. Lots of housewares, stickers, light up Ky signs (purchased), too. Locally-owned, too.

Not only have I loved everything I’ve bought here but their customer service is also phenomenal! A shirt I needed for a gift wasn’t available in the store. They placed the phone order for me and even put a rush on it so I could get it that same day before I left for a trip! Above and beyond!

Courtney was a huge help in finding me the gift I really needed. She was kind and showed me a variety of gifts to choose from and helped me to ship quickly and get there on time. Sara at the register was extremely helpful as well.

I've always had a good experience at KY Branded but yesterday was exceptional! Courtney was so helpful when the size I needed wasn't in stock. She ordered it for me and it was ready for me to pick up the same day! My son LOVES his new shirt, too!

Called to order a birthday present for my brother. I wanted a gift basket but wanted to change one item it was showing online. Courtney was so sweet and helpful! I was willing to pay an up charge to swap out the item but they didn’t even charge extra to put together what I really wanted! I was so happy with this store service! This will be my go to store! So happy I’ve discovered it!

I went to the store to find my mother a new UK coffee mug and I found exactly what I was looking for. The store is very friendly very nice atmosphere. No sales people following you around or hounding you. There's always something new to be seen there. I'll add a photo after Christmas for obvious reasons I would think. I love this store for everything Kentucky.
