Avoid at all costs. Will commit to simple inspections/repairs and then not even show up. Do not go here, period. Horrible company with a history of bad experiences from people in this city. Just search a little harder before considering them, or heed this warning and just find somewhere else and save your time and money.

I had a nail in my tire and it was going flat. Tire Outfitters was closed (Sunday). My husband told me to go to Ken Towery. The gentleman that waited on me was very knowledgeable and kind. They fixed my tire and sent me on my way within 30 minutes. Thank you Ken Towery I will never go anywhere else!

My 2018 Hyundai Tucson had 2 B towed 2 Ken Tower b/c it just stopped. They were able 2 diagnose the problem quickly & found out it was just a fuse. I’m grateful it wasn’t nothing more!! If you need 2 find a place that will figure out what wrong with your car,Go to Ken Tower!!

The team at the Nicholasville Ken Towery ROCKS ! Thank you for helping me with a punctured tire. 5 pm on a weekday with multiple vehicles being worked on and you were able to help me too. For someone who lives 90 minutes from Lexington, I am so thankful for you!

I had bought aftermarket metal valve stem caps and they corroded and got stuck on the valve stems. Well one of my tires got really low and I had no choice but to replace the valve stem so I could air it up. I was very low on money and called around trying to find the cheapest place to get it done at.
The prices ranged from $42 at the highest to $25 at lowest.
When I called Ken Towery and spoke to Johnathon he told me he would just throw it on there for me for free.
I was like that’s great! I said I actually have 3 that still need to be done, having already paid $25 to do one previously and told him I would be happy to pay something. He said they would do all three for $15 bucks the very next day!
I went there next day to have them done and they actually did all three for free for me!!!
Great helpful people work there and I would highly recommended this location to anyone!!!

Got an oil change via Groupon at a great price and the staff was upbeat and friendly. The wait time was very reasonable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would recommend.

Over $500 quoted to change a single Honda Civic wheel bearing. Wanted to charge over $200 for the bearing, which is nearly a 2x markup on the OEM part. Asked about providing my own part, and they told me the labor would go up a ton.
Horrible business practice. Ask the right questions and the intent behind their pricing becomes clear. Avoid the place, and find a company that isn't looking to take you for everything they can.
