0 stars, we were on a road trip and had a flat tired. They didn’t want to receive us even though there was still 2 hours before it closed! Not great for emergencies.

Very professional when we wanted a car inspected that we were thinking about buying and answering all of our questions. They did it very timely and even checked out the small things that we asked about.

Went into the location on New circle road and Bryan station road in Lexington Kentucky. Wanted to get a flat repair they said they could not repair it damage to the sidewall and I have to buy a new tire and the cheapest tire they had for my vehicle which is only a 2010 Dodge caravan was $171. This was an inflated price for a tire for that van. I refused the next day I went to a tire repair shop that specializes in tires and they fixed the flat for me it's been a week and still holding air and everything's great. This one is upsell me a new tire I will never go there again!!

While traveling through, I got a nail in my tire. Called Ken’s and they got me in immediately for a good price. Pleasant fast experience. Highly recommend.

Go in with a minor issue, come out saying I need $2000 in repair. Take it somewhere else- only needed minor repair. These people WILL screw you over if you let them.

Like a lot of companies these days, two expensive, called about an alignment, wanted 150, got it done for 95.00. In today's inflationary times, you would think companies would at least relax the price gouging and be happy with a profit. Not sure what other people think, but when I know a business is trying to stick it to me, I never call or recommend that business again. You would think they would understand, but the only time they give it any thought is when their going out of business.
