For $40 to fix two chains, I guess you get what you pay for. Which is not good quality. The soldering job was a wack job. (unfortunately I cannot post a picture since the camera won’t focus on the chains). He fixed my other chain by adding a link (not even the same to match) and probably not real gold like the rest of the chain. Sometimes it’s just best to go to the big jewelry stores for chain repairs. Or ask for pictures of chain repairs to make sure the jeweler knows how to fix. Learn from our mistake.

Have been here a couple of times to have my rings cleaned, they have always done a good job. Recently took my engagement and wedding rings here to have them soldered together. Picked them up and noticed the next day that a stone was missing from the halo on my engagement ring. They replaced the stone, polished, and re-rhodiumed my rings for free. They know their stuff and have always been very kind.

We had my wife’s wedding rings resized and rhodium dipped . They look wonderful, brand new! Perfect sizing too. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

My mother took her Lobor watch into the store to have a battery installed. When she went to pick up her watch, the crystal had been cracked and the number knocked loose on the face. When asking the owner about the damage he accused her of bringing the watch in damaged. He denied he had damaged the watch and refused to take responsibility for the damage. He was also unconcerned about losing the business.

I’ve spent lots of time in this center but somehow never knew they were here! I needed a watch battery replaced and they were quick to get the job done, for a very reasonable price.Very professional and friendly, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m looking for jewelry.
