I’ve purchased over 50 new vehicles in my life and I’ve had poor sales people, average sales people, and some really good sales people over the course of these buying experiences. I have never had a better sales experience than I’ve had with Bob Spradlin. I ordered a new CLE Convertible and he kept me informed of the build progress throughout the entire progress. When I picked up the car he took the time and effort to help me set up the car and to thoroughly understand the features and their operation, and with modern cars of the caliber and quality of Mercedes-Benz that’s a gift. He’s so good at it and patient even I understood it prior to leaving. I will be a repeat customer.

This dealership will tell you one thing, then change everything when it comes time to close the deal. My wife was so excited to come purchase her GLC 43 AMG today.
We had a trade amount for our vehicle, purchase amount, we got pre-approval from our credit union. Went back 7 days later, they said they could only give us $65,000 instead of the $68,000 now on a bmw competition with only 8,000 miles.
Then they pressured my wife into doing a credit app with them to “try and get a better rate than the credit union”.
We are both medical professionals and will never refer this dealership to any of our colleagues your better off going to Louisville or Nashville.
(Edit) After my wife left the dealership finance called and said they “could do the $68,000 for her car now. Danny was a great salesman and very nice and the issue is not with him. The problem lies with management and finance department. So be aware going into this.

Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing/leasing a vehicle. Prompt follow up and excellent communication by Joe Cardoso. He spent a lot of time with me initially on the phone and answered emails and text promptly. He is extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He and the entire staff at James Motor Company were kind, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I had been shopping for 7 months and thankfully called James Motor Company. I drove from Louisville to Lexington to do business because of their level of professionalism, knowledge and overall pleasant experience with EVERY interaction. Shane Miller, the sales manager was equally amazing as was the finance manager who closed out the paperwork. Shane took the time out of his day to come and congratulate me on my beautiful new GLE the day I made my purchase, which exemplified the level of kindness and professionalism these folks exhibit and made the experience that much more special.
The entire process was prompt and every single detail was covered and handled with the utmost kindness, expertise and professionalism. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude for the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. These folks know how to treat you! If you are looking for a vehicle do yourself a favor and go see James Motor Company and ask for Joe Cardoso, you will not regret it! I am 1000000% over the moon with the experience and my new GLE. I give James Motor Company an A+++++++++++

Had 2 horrible experiences! First, I called in to have a service done on my car and inquired about a vehicle to drive while fixing my car, and had the service manager accuse me of smoking in a loaner(which wouldnt and didnt happen) after returning it. Which I think was just a revengful act due to me calling in multiple times bc my vehicle inspection hadn't been properly done, then the Second time I had an appointment to get another service done and the front desk lady assured me my appointment was on Tues at 11, so I call in to make sure since im driving 30 plus miles and im told I font have a service scheduled and I say I made it on Thursday or Friday of last week what do you mean I don't have an appointment? My name was on the schedule but there was nothing that had been put in the system, so I was told. Who has the ability to go in and change something like that?? Im spending very good amounts of money when i take my vehicle in for repairs, but this is what i get in return?? Poor customer service if you ask me, I've called and left a voice on the Gms phone but no reply nor call back.. looks like ill be looking for a different dealership or foreign car repair facility to do business. Not satisfied at all! I ask for corporate numbers and they give me numbers that don't work, horrendous representation of Mercedes-Benz quality!

Car buying was very easy at James Motor Company. Our salesman Bob Flannery was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened carefully to our questions and helped us pick the perfect vehicle for our needs.
