I brought in a pair of work pants to get altered. They said it would be two weeks. I think that’s way too long to return pants that simply needed a few inches off. Picked them up after two weeks and no alterations were made. Went back to get the issue resolved, no apology was given for the error nor was any effort made to make it right. They said I would have to wait another two weeks before my pants would be ready. I agreed, but after further contemplation, I decided to go back and pick up my pants and take them elsewhere. I was not going to wait four weeks to get six inches taken off a pair of work pants. That was my first time coming here and will sadly be the last time.

While you're grabbing lunch or picking up some items from Kroger,you can drop off you dry cleaning. It can't get anymore convenient or stress free, when you choose Concord for all your dry cleaning needs.

Great place for all ur dry cleaning needs. I jus recently dropped off an picked up some very soiled garmets an let me tell ya they done an OUTSTANDING job on removing the majority of the stain. Great job. Would strongly recommend
