I took my winter coat to Hart's last year in September 2023. We had a mild Fall and Indian summer so I stored my coat upon receipt. When I needed to use it in January 2024 I discovered that the snaps on my coat had been destroyed by the dry cleaning process and no one told me. When I brought the coat back the man in charge asked me why I waited so long to bring it back and how old was my coat and that it looks like I needed a new coat instead of reimbursing me for the damage. They took my information and upon contacting them twice I have received absolutely nothing. No money back, nothing! I had been a good customer of this establishment for years. Why the harsh treatment?

Oh my goodness! What a fabulous business! I didn’t pay attention to the fact that this location was not open on Saturdays when I dropped off a dress for my daughter. So when she went to pick up it was closed! She needed her dress for an event this weekend. I called an open location and the gal there contacted her manage Michael and he went out of his way during his own very busy weekend to make sure she had her dress!!! Thank you Michael and Hart’s Dry Cleaning and Laundry for making sure my girl had what she needed! You put the caring touch back in business and it will alway be so appreciated! I will share with all my Lexington friends … Hart’ Dry Cleaning and Laundry is the absolute best!!

Do not trust Hart with your important items. They ruined a 200 dollar signed Bengals jersey. Ruined it with not taking proper care or following instructions!

I had an expensive suit and a shirt ruined by this dry cleaner. They offered me a credit however the worker at the Brighton location basically called me a liar and was passive aggressive. She was the kind that thrived in conflict. You’ve met the type. The company knew she was a problem but did nothing. They can keep their measly credit. I’ll never give them business.Service: Laundry wash & fold

Terrible. Of the five cashmere sweaters I had them dry-clean, two were returned with big holes. They were only worn once before this cleaning. Also, the dry cleaning itself was incompetent (clothes returned with powder marks and hairs that aren’t mine=gross). Do not give them your business. I certainly won’t ever again.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

You should always look at yours clothes before leaving my dress was wrinkle at the bottom and redid it and it looked the same so did my husband suit I'll never go back
