“I was on the hunt for a 1/2 inch 20 thread lug bolt for a very particular project; ended up going to 8 different places, with these folks being stop #7. While they didn't have the part, they had no issue giving me a very similar part for free to try. They even made recommendations on other places to try; the customer service was fantastic. It felt very personal and quaint in the best way possible. I'll be coming here for any more odds and ends, bolts and nuts, as time goes on. 10/10”

“I did a delivery to Day's Plumbing Supply in a semi truck with a 53 foot trailer.Just looking at the dock I was hoping to back up to, I wasn't sure if this was going to happen. I couldn't ask for better help from the guys that came out and did most of the work guiding me. I was blind because of the angle I was in, my mirrors didn't turn far enough for me to see anything. But I had some really great people guiding me back and it wasn't anywhere near as tough a job to get backed up to the dock door as I had thought it would be. A very professional and extremely helpful group of people. I looked around while I was getting unloaded and I can say that Day's Plumbing Supply has a wide selection of plumbing supplies and they appear to be able and ready to service any plumbing needs. “When it comes to going above and beyond to help customers one employee at the Lowe’s near Hamburg really made a difference in our lives. We are in the middle of a full home remodel. When it came to my kitchen I was lost. Didn’t know where to begin. We were looking at the cabinets and asked for some help from the cabinet specialist. Avery Brown. He was so helpful. Helped us pick out what we liked and after we got the measurements to him and picked out our appliances and countertops he built our entire kitchen on the computer so we could see how it would look which was exactly what I needed. We are still waiting for our cabinets to be built and delivered but I have no doubt I’m going to love my dream kitchen Avery helped us with. Even though I live an hour from this Lowe’s we will drive the hour to continue to shop at this store because of Avery.”

“Simply outstanding service right before Black Friday when the wife and I visited for kitchen appliances. First off Kyle greeted us at the door radiating positivity and happiness, next we had the privilege to sit down and plan/purchase the full kitchen appliance package with Kim. She took the time to detail each piece and select the units that were best for us. At the end we didn’t have a measurement and instead of any pressure she printed the options and suggested we go home measure and come back tomorrow, we did and got exactly the set we wanted. Truly a fantastic experience overall with HD!”

I showed what I was looking for and he quoted the other plumbers that I had asked. Being greeted by someone was hands down better than I can get at Lowe's. Waited over forty-minutes at Lowe's and still didn't get any help, they were all laughing and having a good time in the back room, everyone must of went to lunch at the same time, this was the lowes in Mt Sterling.”
