You do not want to go to this place it's very unprofessional. They don't care about you or your health they never have equipment that you need. I went to Pt Aid and got excellent service. I repeat do not go to Green's very bad service i wouldn't recommend my dog to be treated there. Customer Service thumbs down

They are liers and all they have is junk. They do not care about vets we deserve better get rid the liers and there junk. The called tie VA and told them that they came out 3 times they never came out at they are dirty and need to be done away with. And investigated for there charging practices. They are ranked number 10 in Lexington for a reason go to some one else for your love ones

My husband was a military veteran who was battling ALS. The VA contracted with Green’s. We did not! Joe who delivered the oxygen canisters was very nice. Denise, the respiratory therapist, appeared on our door step with the Trilogy ventilator…and we didn’t know that she was even coming. She failed to bring the charging cord with her, so it had to be delivered a few days later. The company is not very responsive when we’ve called for assistance. Denise was always busy with other patients when we texted or called for help. My husband passed away a few days ago. I had to call to arrange the pick up of the Trilogy and the remaining oxygen canisters. Bruce was very nice today when he arrived to pick up these remaining items. I would never recommend this company to anyone! I’m sad that my husband was not treated better in his last days!!!

I have been frequently sent incorrect supplies. They gave me a new number to call to order. I order from that number for a while the correct things come, but then I was double billed for an item. I call to get that straightened out and they say since they've taken off they double am I ready to pay my bill? I say I think we should comb through the rest of the bill first. They say they don't think that's necessary. I say let's do it anyway. We find two more insurances of me being double billed. I call to order supplies, no one answers. I leave a voice mail, no one responds. Eventually I call the original number I was calling and make an order. Things should come in a few days. In a few days 1/3 of the order comes. I figure the rest may be held up in the mail, that's been happening to some things. A week later (today) I call the number I was told to use to make orders, no answer. It goes to voicemail, I decide to call the old number again. I ask about the missing items, I'm told they were never ordered. I order those items again. They should arrive in a few days. I mention that no one answers or returns calls from the number I was given to make orders on. I'm told that person doesn't work for the company any more and that number should be disconnected. However, I was never told to call a different number. I give 2 stars because everyone is so nice, however they're niceness only slightly makes up for his poorly managed they are. Updating 9/23/2021 later the same day as the last post. I just received a phone call saying the filters I ordered would not be coming because the filter was a 6 month filter and I got them a few weeks ago. At which point I informed them I did not order filters. Because I got them a few weeks ago, also I pointed out that my filters are not 6 month filters. She said it's the ones on the back of my machine. There's no filter there. No, service has not really improved. I ordered 1/17/22 on 1/31/22 I was told the order still had not shipped. 2/9/22 I called to see if shipped, they said it did today. I asked if there had been some issue, I was told they'd been backordered. I'm not sure why I wasn't told that when I first ordered, or when I called again last week. 2/12/22 my order came. Was it correct? Of course not.

Weak customer service. Exhorbitant prices. Always seem to be unable to answer what amount your insurance would cover and the RX for the cpap runs out in a year, so you're always having to make a return visit to the doctor. company does nothing to keep your business after initial purchase. Shop elsewhere

I just got home from Green’s Respiratory Services. My Respiratory Therapist, Denise, was simply outstanding in every possible way. She was very thorough and helpful in explaining the new CPAP machine, and a new, MUCH more comfortable mask that does NOT put a lot of pressure on my dang sinus passages. What a RELIEF this new mask is! She even took the time to make sure my new mask fit me PERFECTLY so I wouldn’t have to adjust it when I got home.I hope to Heaven that Denise is still with Green’s every. Single. Time. I visit Green’s Respiratory Services!Thank you, Denise. You totally rock!!! God bless YOU!!!Jim Lockman

Use Greene repertory services for my CPAP machine; when I place my monthly order supply, I ask if by any chance someone can contact me regarding my face mask to contact me because I have been having a problem with the cover at night time. The person who tests the masks for my CPAP machine was Tyler; I asked him to contact me. His name is Tyler; after speaking with a representative, they told me that Tyler will be getting me to answer my concern regarding the fit of the mask. It has been 28 days since I asked someone to contact me, and still nothing, poor customer service, and communication. Also, my monthly supply is a backorder, and I have been forced to use the same filter for the CPAP machine for an entire month instead of the 15 days recommendation. Please use another company.

Called GRS last month, spoke to someone who was very nice but completely unhelpful. I am having an issue with CPAP machine and I was told that they would call me back to set up an appointment to come into their office. Its been 45 days and I have yet to hear back from them. My machine is absolutely life saving for me due to severe OSA and I needed a solution. They don't seem to care! Stay away from this company.

Where do I start here? They do not communicate whatsoever, they lost track of my moms payments for a year, and had no record of them and was calling her asking for more money. They are very unorganized. Do yourself a favor and find another company to use. Let all of these one star reviews speak for themselves.

Horrible service provider. I have called multiple times about issues with order, they never call back nor solve the problem. They sent equipment to wrong address which I had to track down myself and manually pick up. I am switching providers.

June the Respiratory Therapist is great. Very nice person. Duncan the manager is also nice too.
