Had Rick and company install a 4 seasons sunroom and after a couple of years had a little issue with a door. Contacted them and within a few days Rick was able to come out, diagnose the problem, and fix it within an hour.. All while being in the blistering 92-degree July heat. That is service that is rare these days and highly appreciated!

Just a quick note to talk about the great customer service I received from Rick and his crew. I was not originally a customer of theirs but they helped me in replacing a broken window. They came from Lexington to Louisville to do this job. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew as it was a challenging job, 25 feet in the air.

I contacted Oldfield Patio Enclosures because they are the local Four Seasons Sunroom Dealer and I wanted an all glass Sunroom addition to my home. My experience with Oldfield from sales thru installation was quite possibly the best I've ever had on any home improvement project, and I've been in the home improvement business for 40 years. They do all of their own work with their own employees. The most capable, courteous, and professional crew anyone would want on their property. My greenhouse/sunroom exceeded all of my expectations. It seamlessly added a perfect addition to my home and looks like it has always been there. They also installed all "extras", additional receptacles, ceiling fan, light fixture at no additional charge. And the HVAC unit is so efficient and quiet that I don't even know it's there. We had our deck enclosed with windows two years ago. It turned out beautifully and is easy to maintain. Rick has great communication skills, he understood what we wanted and came to the work site himself. Everyone was great to work with, and left the area clean after the work was done. Rick responded right away when I called after the work was done and the situation required only a minor adjustment. This was very impressive to me since many times once the work is paid for you can't reach anyone. Great job and I highly recommend!!!

They did a great job on adding on a cover to my deck. It looks like it has always been there. I was impressed that the owner of the company came and did the quote as well as he was there to see the whole project through to the end. What they said they delivered on. I highly recommend the company!
