I work at a retail outlet that carries the Florida Tile lines. Our distributor is out of Dayton Ohio. My rating is based off the delivery delays and incorrect products delivered. The one plus is the product selections are good. We have lines from Emser, Daltile and Happy Floors that have comparable products though and we have much better service. I'm an employee but not the owner. The owner is on the verge of throwing the displays out completely. The Dayton location is aware of our issues but we are not seeing improvements.

I read that review by an employee of a store and I thought I would add my 2 cents.....our customers love the product. We stock their tile so I can't say anything to their order process. The product lines are up-to-date and very picky on their quality. Stonepeak and others have great designs too but FL runs a tight ship on quality.
