This is nearly 2O years ago. I was buying a ring on lay a way for a girlfriend. The relationship ended. I tried to get a refund. They don't do that. I ended up purchasing the cheapest thing for the money I paid and pawning it.

Love Farmer's Jewelry! Brought in a charm bracelet with a broken clasp and a watch that needed a few links taken out, Farmer's Jewelry was super quick and accommodating with what I needed. Great staff and bonus for their collection of charms! Will be back, 10/10!

I’m newly married. I had no idea what to get my wife for our anniversary. Mr. Farmer himself helped me pick out the perfect elephant charm necklace. He sat down with me and we went through a catalogue of different charms. I am now a repeat customer. This is where I’d recommend any friend of mine to go. MUCH more affordable than I expected. Mr. Farmer treats everyone with respect. He even cleaned and wrapped my gifts for my wife.

Farmer’s Jewelry has excellent customer service. My husband bought me a necklace from them for Christmas. It broke. I took it in to have it fixed. They did not charge me (I live in Catlettsburg, KY) so they mailed it back to me free of charge.5 stars!!!

I stopped in on a whim as my engagement needed resizing. They were so kind and took care of me so quickly! When my ring was ready, I got a text notification. When I picked it up, my ring fit perfectly and was so well polished (looked brand new!!). Friendly staff, great service!

Very small and cute place. Staff was friendly. I went in to have an appraisal done. They start out at $150. The only down fall that I didn't like about the appraisal is they don't give you anything stating what you dropped off or any type ticket to pick up the item. What if you have 3 John Smith with a heart necklace what's to say someone took the wrong item as they didn't have a ticket number or something. Maybe I'm over thinking it but still lots of people can't be trusted to say that the wrong item. Or what it they were robbed you have nothing to show that you dropped something off to be appraisal.

I wanted to buy sweet sixteen ring for my granddaughter for her birthday. I wandered into this store and discovered a hidden treasure on earth. The atmosphere is calm, quiet and beautiful. I found a beautiful ring which I put on layaway. Each time I made a payment I was waited on by Sue who is friendly and professional and an asset to the business. I cannot say enough good things about the shop. Next time I need a ring I will go there.

Great family owned jeweler! Kristi and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My son's fiancé didn't want the traditional diamond engagement ring. He was able to order a wedding set and Farmer's was able to get sapphires for him to pick from. This was all done in less than a week and his fiancé LOVES her ring! Great customer service and impeccable quality!
