I'm from the West Coast and I've never met a sales agent as eager to help me with an insurance claim. She wasn't making a commission from me but took the time to put together a list of items, pricing, and travel expenses. I had to eagerly I am writing this for Sarah because I'm so impressed. I could almost see her smile across the phone. I've been a customer of Ethan Allen for many, many years, and never have I been treated so kindly over a phone conversation. Kudos to Sarah Bosmons! Someone gave me a Georgian Court bed which is no longer sold. It did not have the hardware to put it together, I contacted Lauren Young and she searched for 2 days but found instructions on how to put it together. Thanks to her I will now be able to have this beautiful bed in my bedroom. I feel she is a big asset to your company. Thank you Lauren

Sarah was extremely helpful explaining the different fabric levels/ prices, etc., and showing me many samples and answering many, many, many questions for this significant purchase (sofa). She stayed right with me as I filled out paperwork and was quite pleasant to work with.

Lauren Young is amazing! I’m a decorator, but let her do her thing for me because I wanted to get out of my own “box” in the primary bedroom in my house. The selections are so fresh and nothing I would have thought to do. It’s what I wanted without knowing it. Go see her! (And the price is reasonable!)

We have decorated our home room by room with quality furniture and decor from Ethan Allen. Not only is the staff at the design center at Hamburg pavilion in Lexington, KY friendly and knowledgeable, but they are also kind and patient. I am color blind, so decorating a room is stressful for me. With the help of the designers, I have been able to identify my aesthetic and not only pick pieces that work for each room but that also speak to one another from room to room. Most recently Lauren helped me re-design my guest room. She literally helped me put together a vignette on site so I could see everything together and try different patterns, colors, and textures. She was excited to come up with and edit a design, and which helped me to enjoy the process rather than stress over it. She was even able to build that design using some of the items I already had rather than trying to persuade me to just buy everything new. She really made the design experience fun and I felt confident and pleased with our final choices.In addition to great designers, EA also has a professional and considerate delivery staff, which most recently included Jorge and Manuel. They let me know when they were about an hour away and when they arrived they introduced themselves and even removed their shoes at the front door. They assembled everything quickly and disposed of all the wrappings with no mess left behind. They also kept the front door closed when not actively unloading and helped me keep an eye out just in case one of my cats tried to get out. Unfortunately, one of the bags had been torn during shipping and the pillow inside was stained. They handled the situation responsibly, taking photos and marking that the item was damaged on the delivery paperwork. They also told me to contact the store to let them know what happened and they would get a new pillow on order. I contacted Lauren and she got it reordered that same day.They also have great financing options available so if you are looking to buy new furniture or re-design a room, I would highly recommend Ethan Allen at Hamburg Pavilion in Lexington, KY.

Nine years ago I bought two Cheshire sofas with slipcovers from Ethan Allen. Two kids and one dog later the slipcovers desperately need to be replaced. I called Ethan Allen only to discover that the sofas have been discontinued and, hence, the slipcovers too. Normally that would be the end of the story, but I was lucky enough to be talking to Lauren Young, Ethan Allen’s interior designer. Lauren went the extra mile to see if it was possible to get slipcovers made or if somewhere there may be a surplus of them. Even though the news was disappointing she followed up with me. In my experience it is rare for someone to offer go the extra mile much less do it. If you are looking for an interior designer who will go the extra mile for you, even if they have nothing to gain, Lauren Young at Ethan Allen in Lexington, Kentucky is your person! Thank you, Lauren, for trying!!

I waited a long time to do an entire living room makeover, including opening a wall between our kitchen/dining and living room space. I wanted durable, beautiful furniture that matched our style and how we live in the space. Sarah Bosmans came out for a personal consultation to help me re imagine/re configure the space and select the best sectional and furniture options for us, including style, fabrics, accents, etc. She was wonderful and I couldn't be happier with the result. I really benefited from her skill and insight. I highly recommend the designer services and especially Sarah.

I was assured it would be delivered 11/21. It is now 12/28 and now they are saying 1/9. I wanted it so badly for the holidays and tgat obviously didnt happen. I have actually asked to cancel the order but was advised I could not do this. I’m so frustrated. Will not order from Ethan Allen again. Only offer I received was to get one to use that does not match. Do not trust delivery dates from them. I’m real doubtful that the 9th will see me get the this buffet. I received a message days before the original due date assuring me it would be on time. Oh well. Valuable lessons learned. Do not use Ethan Allen

Sarah is knowledgeable and takes a personal interest in her customers. She also goes an extra step in making sure everything is in order! We highly recommend Sarah!
