This is the location I usually visit but 4/13 was a bad day. First the order machine wasn't working and the young man had to go in the building to do something in order for me to get thru no one pre-washed/brushed my car and tires. Then the car behind pulled in right behind me. So close I couldn't see the front of their vehicle from any of my mirrors so when I got to the end I had to hurry and put it in drive to keep from being hit. There were only a few vacuums in working condition (I tried 3) and it looked as though someone had dumped out every trash can onto the property and some ppl were just sitting in their cars. Not sure what had happened to this facility but I hope they get it together soon.

I think they have new vacuums ? It almost sucked out my soul while I was vacuuming up the dog hair. Everything looks new and clean and I highly recommend that you give them a try.

The vacuums hardly ever work and I got a notice from my credit card saying I had an unusual charge. Guess they went up another $5. Seriously not worth it anymore.

I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ANY ZIPS LOCATION. they should have never changed hands over to zips... the wash was great before zips. a negligent employee who was to busy on her phone to make sure the water was on before she sent my car through led to my car being damaged & I waited MONTHS trying to get in contact with customer service only to be told it was being "looked into" multiple times then to never hear from them again... I followed all the right protocol for filing a damage claim only to be ignored / forgotten about. the manager at the wash that this incident occurred even said it never should have happened. how can you treat customers like that & expect to run a good business?

I give one star, and this is for the attentive young woman who guided me into the car wash. The job requires little, but she did it well and made eye contact with a smile. Other than that, this is a waste of money, and this is now 3 for 3 on different ZIPS locations in Lexington KY. The vacuums have no suction. Most bays are closed. The air compressed blowers do not work. And there consistency in the trash on the ground. DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP. DO NOT GO TO ZIPS!!!! I expect the same response to this review by a Zips person telling me "I'm sorry for your bad visit. We will look into it." You won't. But at least I won't waste money here any longer.

None of their stuff works, staff is rude and they bill 2 times a month without permission. spoke with corporate office to get my money back and they told me to contact my back. I first emailed them probably 16 times and there responses were they were busy, they asked for information which I gave to them numerous times. I just repeatedly repeated myself in the emails. I spoke with Anna at corporate office was on phone for thirty minutes and she was rude. DO NOT do business with them!!!
