We were looking for a new insurance company and came across the good reviews for Dawn Stice Agency. A phone call later we were meeting with Dawn in her office and learning why she has earned the high ratings. She was welcoming, personable and knowledgeable about insurance options. Most importantly to us was her ability to listen and effectively communicate, which was a major issue with our previous carrier. We came in looking for quotes for comparison with other insurers but we left with State Farm policies, knowing we have an accessible local agent who will always have our best interests at heart. We highly recommend Dawn and her agency.

Dawn, and Brittany, are both top notch. When I switched to State Farm they made the process easy. The office was both professional and with wonderful customer service. When I encountered an issue with my apartment needing some information they stayed on top of things to meet my needs.
