I give Maritza a 100, her customer service is excellent. There is no problem that she cannot solve. He treated us with the utmost respect. She never tried to get more money from us, only what was necessary for our situation. Every time we go to another Cricket store they treat us badly, thank goodness she speaks Spanish and was able to explain everything to us. Many times when we go to another store that speaks Spanish they tell us that they can't help us or they try to sell us more things than we need. Thank you Maritza

I went here after my phone got stolen to get a replacement and the 2 lady employees where both so nice to me. I wish I had gotten the older woman's name with the piercing but I know the other employee was named Marrisa. They were both very helpful and patient with my concerns and I hope they are well recognized for their amazing customer service.I'm still waiting on a review link to come via text or email so I can leave good feedback.Thank you again for the good experience~

We traveled about a hour to go to this cricket store because ours wasn't helpful at all and I'm so glad we did the lady in there was the best!!

I had GREAT experience in this store with Yosvely and her team today. I went to another Cricket Wireless Store in town early this afternoon and they couldn't solve my pin number problem. On my way home, I came to Cricket Wireless in Broadway. Yosvely and her team listened to my problem patiently and figured out how to solve it in another way.
I felt so satisfied with their customer service.
I highly recommend this retailer in Broadway.
