I purchased a used car (Buick) from Courtesy four years ago with an extended warranty. Because i purchased my car from Courtesy, I have taken it for service twice BECAUSE of the warranty and my car sat on the lot >6 hours without moving...my belief is because it wasn't an Acura. Suggestion: don't hard sell the warranty if you can't honor it.
