I cannot be more great full to this team!! They saved us from the worst Lowe’s installation ever.They went out of their way to help us out getting our countertops. They came to do measurements the same day I talked to them. With what they had in stock they were able to install two businesses days later!

We were so impressed with Counter Culture! The product, design advice, template process were incredible. GJ and Sammy are just the best to work with. The installation crew was incredible. Cody and Jonathan showed up on July 3 and worked tirelessly until 11 pm to finish and clean up so that weCould have a kitchen for Independence Day! They were courteous and obviously hardworking. Their attention to all the details was remarkable. Jonathan even “sculpted” a spot to match chair rail that had to be cut out. So happy we went with Counter Culture. Thanks to the entire crew our kitchen has been transformed!

There are not enough stars or superlatives. We had 3 firms in mind to visit. Geography had CC as the first stop; we never left. Personality and professionalism from Sammie, GJ, Corey and the installers was superb. Everyone was wonderful. There weeks from walk-in to install was unbelievable. Pricing was competitive. Install was a work of art. No hiccups, glitches or disappointments, just warmth, respect and perfection. Even our plumber commented on the 'seamless' seam of the install. Wow factor 10x over! Thank you CC team!

I was in the process of remodeling my kitchen. I googled this place and was impressed with the fact the owner says he goes to every job! So I decided to give them the job. They did not have very much to chose from on their lot and didn't seem willing to try and get more in. Finally I kinda pressed and lo and behold they said I could see more in Winchester. I went to Winchester and found a granite I liked. I dealt mostly with the lady that works at the Store in Lexington. I can't say I had a good experience here. Their work was good very comparable to others I've used. My issue is with the guy that owns the place. First of all he never came to my job site even tho I asked and my condo is only five minutes from his store. So false advertising. When I asked him to come he was very cocky and rude to me.. he said how busy he was and his wife was ready to have a baby? When the installation was over the guys forgot to caulk and I called to tell the lady at the store. She was certain I was mistaken so I sent a picture! They sent a guy back to finish the job/caulking. I like to spend my money whether it's a dollar or a million with ppl who are truthful, professional and humble.

We originally went with another counter company, big mistake! They tried to install a slab of granite that was not what we picked out. We next went to Counter Culture Plus and what a difference! First, they helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They then got us on the schedule really quickly, as they knew we had already been delayed. The install was perfect! They set down things to protect our floors, they were very clean with the install. They did everything perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your needs!

The awards are justified. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service levels cannot be beat. In a world of contractor nightmare stories, I cannot express my relief and gratitude for meeting the best and being lucky enough to find and engage their services. We have had a long, rocky road with this kitchen renovation (which included some of those renovation nightmares, including another local countertop company that refused to continue communicating mid-job and most likely damaged our existing countertop after removal), and it is worth it to have found the "right" vendor for countertops. The staff not only helped me through the remedy stage (fixing the other contractors' errors and plain shoddy work), they were also sympathetic regarding the experience and strove to restore my faith in the industry. Mission accomplished. I couldn't recommend Counter Culture Plus enough, but I certainly will try.

I installed an outdoor kitchen for my cousin and a friend recommended them... Casey was extremely helpful and the job was ordered.. templated.. and installed in a short time compared to the granite shops I deal with as a builder in FL...Very professional and pleasant experience.. beautiful showroom to see the quality of their work...
