I would give 5 stars because I have been going to this little neighborhood store since it was built in the 80’s. However I’m taking a star away for the experience I had last night 6/21/24 at 4am. On my way to work I grabbed what I thought were a couple of 20oz cherry Pepsi’s. I got to work and they were Peach ?. No big deal I’ll stop by on my way home and exchange them. I’ve never had any problems ever at this store. I see the employees daily and they all know me. So I go in to exchange them and the guy behind the counter with a mouth full of dip or chew or something says “I didn’t sell you those”, “I haven’t sold any of those all night”. Again I explain this was on my way to work I didn’t have time to turn around and offer to show my receipt. He says “it doesn’t matter anyway, as soon as it goes out those doors it is no longer my problem”. I explained that while not often I have exchanged things before when I got the wrong thing and never had a problem. He says” well we don’t do that, you could have done anything to those! You could have put cocaine or heroine or your dirty Mexican fentanyl in those “. I was floored. While I am not Hispanic I am dark complexed with black hair and I was extremely offended. He then accused me of trying to get free stuff from him. The girl also behind the counter is just standing there saying yep, and uh huh. I just left I have never been treated so poorly at any store ever.

Circle k pop machine is always broken or doesn't have the right mixture or just sprays water more then the syrup. Gas pumps are always messed up as well other then that the store seems to be ok. But those are the 2 major problems I run i to everytime I go there

I went to get gas a bag of ice and some pop to drink I paid for $20 in gas and everything else and the totaled was like $27.89 I believe is what the The total was. Well my husband accidentally forgot to pump the gas and we got about 3 miles down the road realized it and turned around I called beforehand and they were trying to figure it and actually called me a liar. so I ended up just showing up. Well the woman that was working and I can't remember her name I think it's Stacy she was frantic but she was trying to get a hold of the manager or owner all while the other attendant named Henry continued to curse at me and made me feel as if I'm an idiot for running off without pumping my gas like I am the only person in the world that's ever done that we were in a hurry to get to our families home which is over an hour away and just simply forgot. All he had to do is keep his mouth shut because the other attendant was taking care of it and got a hold of the owner and the owner said that for me to come in the next day and that they will take care of it. I was OK with that but what if that had been my only money I would've missed my families Thanksgiving dinner now I'm not saying it's their fault I'm saying you should've treated me with good customer service. He threatened me by saying he was going to call the cops whenever I ask my husband to come in. He mocked me because another gentleman was getting gas and he made sure he said don't forget to pump your gas in a very sarcastic manner he called me a b**** and I honestly cannot believe that he is still working there! If I could give negative stars I would extremely bad customer service! Will never spend another dime there ever again as long as he works there! And let let me remind you all this was Thanksgiving day

Buckhorn circle K is the absolute worst don't waste your money don't waste your time the cashiers up there or fried in the head they are rude nasty and have no business interacting with the public it's like thug life up there you take a chance when you go in you take a chance when you come out

Run by morons. Always about 1 out of 4 pumps working and sometimes just completely "out" of gas. Also, zero chance of ever getting a receipt. You're better off driving the extra 4 mins to the Kroger gas.

BE AWARE…..This location NO LONGER SELLS SHELL GASOLINE. And if you dare to venture inside for anything, foul-mouthed tattooed ‘hood rats work there, who don’t know the meaning of customer service, and whom reek of pot all the time.

They never clean the ice machine you can see the dirt on the ice ??. my green dot card says I can upload money to my card from the store but nobody knows how and they will say they can't do it. Store sells google play cards but they can never activate it correctly and will shame you for buying one and then try to give you card that is not activated. Goto the pimlico rd store they are cleaner and more professional.
