What a horrible bank. Could not give me any reason for why they would not cash my check that was written to me from an account holder there, and they would not verify it or anything. No reason at all they gave me. Didn’t try to solve the problem at all. Straight laziness.

Horrible bank. They refuse to cash my check or even call the person who wrote the check to me to verify. They just flat out, refused it for an unknown reason….they had no reason.
You shouldn’t have to work harder to cash your check than you do to receive the check.

i’ve been at this bank with my mom for as long as i can remember and every experience i’ve had has been wonderful. RJ and Gail helped me sort at least $10 in coins, very nice. i didn’t know how to roll coins and that was a huge help. another time, i had a meeting with Elias to convert an account and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. although me and the outside ATM haven’t had the best time.. service inside the bank is fabulous!

My interaction with Chase bank at the corner of Rates Creek Road and Man O War in Lexington, KY, was nothing short of a nightmare. Their handling of my $1,200 business deposit was abysmal. Not only did they manage to misplace a significant amount of money, but their treatment afterward was shockingly dismissive. They made me feel like a nuisance, placing the blame squarely on my shoulders for their incompetence. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this bank is appalling. I expected basic respect and accountability, but instead, I was met with indifference and disdain. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this establishment.

The employees are always polite, professional, and helpful. However, banking KYC is getting out of hand. Just to open an account for a child, I have to provide place of employment, years working at place of employment, years working in current industry, estimated yearly income, etc. I understand that KYC is required by the government to prevent fraud, but this info is not necessary to open an account. Chase should be advocating and lobbying on behalf of their customers for more privacy in banking.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review about my horrible experience here. Simply put, I have never been treated like I didn’t matter and my business was just a drop in the bucket like I was treated today. If you want to have your account frozen & several issues limiting your account and how much money you spend then Chase is for you. If you’re looking for high quality customer service from people with personality, go somewhere else.

After simply depositing three checks of three of my minor children, Chase decided it could be fraudulent and closed my account completely, without even a phone call. No email, no phone call, nothing! I received one statement (1page) in the mail, not even an explanation. When speaking to the banker in person he looked up the checks and agreed they were endorsed correctly and he saw no issue with the deposits. This was simply Christmas money gifts from grandma. It's now the middle of February and still not resolved! They will have one less account to worry about when it is resolved!

The ATM is never working. I work down the street and any time I come by for a much needed “quick transaction”, it’s never working. What is the problem? Having to come in or having to sit in line and wait for the window uses my entire lunch break. It’s ridiculous. And there’s never a sign saying “hey folks atm isn’t working (per usual) don’t waste your time sitting here or coming through this lane. I mean at least let us know. That’d be nice. I just sat in line for 10 min just to be told “this atm isn’t working right now” on the screen. Then had to loop BACK AROUND to get in the window lane where I’ve been sitting for 17 min while I type this. Still have three cars ahead of me. Love using my entire lunch break just to make a freakin deposit.
