I called and left a message for assistance. The “lady” that called me back was very nasty. I don’t know why a charity would have someone that hates blacks returning phone calls to anyone.

Keeping in contact with individuals reaching out. Not leaving people in the cold for 5+ days in the middle of January.

They don't care to help. If you ask for help they'll leave you in the cold for a week in the middle of January before they finally contact you back.
