The staff made our 2yr olds birthday extra special. They took the time to interact with her, helping her through the process and going above and beyond for her. She is special needs, and they were just incredible humans. Please take your littles for their birthday! It's worth every penny and minute you are there. These ladies were outstanding with their customer service ❤️

ANGELS work here. All the women who were working yesterday while we were in store were so kind and patient and wonderful. Amber and Kendall helped us, Kendall was so sweet and patient while my kids decided on what scent they wanted and what they wanted their voice recordings to say, despite the store being pretty busy, she took her time in making the experience memorable and didn’t seem to rush through the process even a little bit. Amber helped us pick the right clothes to fit the characters they chose and even helped my son try a couple to see what he liked best, giving him her undivided attention. & I overheard convos and watched as the other workers were doing the same for the families they were helping and I just thought they all needed some recognition. Thank you ladies for everything, if you all hadn’t been working, a crowded store like that with all the decisions that had to be made probably would have sent this family into meltdown central!

I took my autistic 3 year old here and he was very obviously treated differently than the other child that was there. The lady doing the stuffing rushed him and refused to say anything when I apologized for him knocking things over. A little girl went after my baby and she was talking and being bubbly with the child it’s so heartbreaking my baby can’t get the full experience because the workers just seen him as a bad kid.

Honestly this place has gone down hill, this place is so judgmental about adults going here to get something for them selves. I took my wife here to get her a plushie and the entire time we were there they kept giving us dirty looks and making rude comments to each other about us. Avoid this place.

Christian parents beware that the worker will tell your children to spin around and make a wish at the end of them creating the bear. You know as well as I making a wish is a form of witchcraft. I complain to their corporate office and never got a response. It happened so fast I couldn’t stop her from doing it.

We took our granddaughter there to build her first bear, and she absolutely loved it. Huge selection. Something for everyone.Everybody is kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
