Amazing service, friendly staff, made an appointment for 2:00 got there a little after and left around 3:30, quick service and left with a great deal and amazing car!
LOL UPDATE?? only two months of having this car and in the first TWO WEEKS i had a bad fuel pump sensor issue AND transmission maintenance required AND an oil change (that i got done in the first week out of pocket) , two weeks trying to get it fixed by their service department they tell us they cant fix it when it is clearly a fuel problem and i knew that. They then tell us it has to go to GMC to get fixed because they cant replace a fuel pump? Weird but moving on, was then told an incentive of the warranty was only an $100 deposit which it was ON TOP of $400-500 that the warranty is NOT covering lol. Mind you the car was so new that the warranty was even active.. overall i feel scammed 0/10 don’t recommend how do you claim to not cover anything wrong with the car after getting it but don't get it serviced for basic maintenance such as a fuel pump/sensor system, transmission flush, or oil change .this has absolutely been a nightmare !

I had a wonderful experience at this car lot, i was iffy reading the reviews but i am a 23 year old women who went in with a little knowledge upfront about cars and the process and honestly i was approved quickly payments are low and cheap insurance is good honestly left the lot quickly its an older car but exactly what i needed and wanted! They were very patient and sweet older gentlemen who worked with me to get the car i wanted! 10/10 experience i would recommend doing research on cars prior to know exactly what you want any car lot will persuade to buy what they think is best for you which obviously is their job. See what will work for you prior and see what options they have and let them guide you from there! Cars will break down thats what they do but honestly i made a great decision and am in love with my subaru! If youre looking for a decently used car but nice deals id head over there because it wasnt much of a hassel at all! My car has been inspected and nothing is wrong drives nice no shaking no nothing i assume eventually ill need to do the usual tlc on cars that have to be done regularly to any car but i think for the long run this wont cost me much and i really appreciate that thank you guys over at brothers auto sell yall rock thank you!

This is our second vehicle we have bought from Brothers Auto. Our first purchase was 2018, this time we traded in our 2018 for a 2020. They are phenomenal to work with and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Dale remembered us from 2018. It was a great experience.

I absolutely love this place. I was extremely happy to get my Challenger from them. We talked to Ron on the phone and he was very kind and was a no nonsense kind of guy. I told him he was an honest car salesman and he said "look son, I've been in this for 40 years you either want this car or you don't and if you do you are going to buy it". Bob was the finance guy and he was also very nice and easy to work with, there were no random hidden fees or intense pressure to finance, it was overall a very pleasant experience.

If a person must continue to tell you how honest they are, then you must question it. Lied to on vehicle purchased about split of money on document fees, Abdel did sneak it in on the 15-20 pile of paperwork. Old battery, paint spray on tire where a cover-up done on back doors. We specifically told to put in both our names, yet, DID NOT. 3 out 4 bad rotors....had to also replace these and battery. Dry, rotted wiper blades we replaced. Battery, brakes, rotors replaced...when told new on all...right rear tire warped...but..."All new tires"....now a New tire ordered....
Yes....should have crawled under AND had mechanic inspection done. Believing a salesman....tsk, tsk....is now, "Our Bad!"
Get a TRUE Carfax. Get vehicle inspection done....otherwise, pay big within 2 weeks of purchase to be SAFE!!!!

Just gotta bear with them as they can be a little blunt, but if you have your ducks aligned, they take care of you. Cars are expensive but all cars expensive. You have to remember you get what you pay for. They are honest and stand behind what they sell. They got me into a car with a good deal. Would recommend!
