Shop is set up well for traffic. Staff was friendly and helpful to those with questions. Was surprised that bulk Lego wasn't organized by type or shape. If so, would rate 5 stars.

This was a really cool store I visited while I was in town on business. I bought quite a bit of stuff including this MOC dumpster fire kit. Unfortunately it is missing two pieces, which allow me to connect the lid flaps. I called the store on April 2, and informed them as such. I asked if they could send me the missing pieces. I was told no and that there was nothing they could do. He went on to say, even though these pieces cost three cents, they would lose money on paying for shipping. I reminded him that I bought a $16 set, and it would cost ME money to correct their mistake. He said it was policy that they could not do it. It's very frustrating that they could simply go to the big bin in the middle of the room, get the two pieces I'm missing, and put them in an envelope for a couple of dollars, but they're choosing not to. I thought this store was awesome, but this was a real disappointment that they won't stand by their own MOC custom kits they personally sell.Edit: Heather (the owner) called me up, explaining that the employee I spoke with didn’t understand the policy correctly. If I bought a set “as-is” then they wouldn’t be responsible for missing pieces, which makes sense. She explained that this policy didn’t apply to new sets. She asked for my address and mailed me the missing pieces. A+ customer service. Thanks for the follow up.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, the pompous sad excuse of a grown man that served me sold me a very disfigured Flash minfigure about a week ago( of which he inspected before My family and I checked out) so I thought that everything was fine from my other experiences with other locations. When we got home I noticed the moron looked at the cracked arm and chewed up Helmet piece and went ahead and sold it anyways. I guess it’s my fault for not checking before hand but it shouldn’t have even been on display for over Bricklink price if it was defective. Definitely owned by predatorial staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, VIST OTHER LOCATIONS

Guy guy behind the counter was yelling at me for no reason and tried to rob me for no money on new unopened Legos I came in Friday and filled out paperwork it was around lunch and it was raining I had pirate Legos

If you're a fan of Lego, it's the plave to go? The little guy seemed to love it but be warned they get lost in a time warp while building minifigs.

Boys had a great time adding to their home collection. Prices were as to be expected. Very good service. Too many unsupervised young boys wandering out of the store into the parking lot looking for parents who were obviously late to pick them up. High crime dangerous parking lot.

We had my sons 7th birthday at then end of July and it all went so smoothly thanks to Steve. He was amazing with the kids and they loved all the fun they got to do !!!! I just wanted to let you know we couldn’t have been more pleased with how well it all went. Steve made it all run smoothly and the kids and adults had a ? blast. I honestly don’t know who had more fun the kids or the dads ?. Both my kids are still talking about it, and I will for sure be sharing our awesome experience with all my mom friends and have customers for life ?.
