I went in an unhappy Straight talk customer and left with a new (refurbished) phone which I like (Moto Stylus) and an unlimited text and data plan.
Having Angel (that is her name) help me really made a difference. I'm not sure if Straighttalk has customer service anymore but thanks to Angel, I'm now with Boost Mobile.

I was there to get phone and service I switch from spectrum and I go to Boost mobile the guy inside he is so great helping me so fast and great service he was really really great guy . I'm happy I go to Boost mobile. Always 5 star ? ? ? ? ?

I just left this location with tears in my eyes I’ve been a boost Mobile customer for years and all the man in the store tells me is I can pay my bill and gives me a number to call no one has helped me everyone keeps saying I don’t have an account or they can’t find my account I am furious I DO NOT RECOMMENDUPDATE I GO BACK IN THE STORE HE SAYS I HAVE TO GET A NEW NUMBER AND IT WILL COST 128$ I plan on calling corporate and the better Business Bureau to report this it’s ridiculous

Maria is THE BEST customer service rep I have ever dealt with. EDITED, SEE BELOWI posted the above while in the store. Since then I realized how wrong I was. Maria lied to us about needing a new phone because the towers had been upgraded. We didn’t need a new phone the problem was service was cutoff due to lack of funds to cover August’s auto payment. Maria also lied when she said the phone we were buying was UNLOCKED. On top of that Maria changed the plan from 1 line to 4 lines unbeknownst to us.A few weeks later we paid $40 in person to cover September and we were assured the auto payment wouldn’t go through since we already paid. A few days later they auto drafted $120 from my bank and refuse to refund any of the money. We paid $160 for 1 phone for September. THANK YOU MARIA! Since then we found out the new phone is LOCKED for 12 months and they refuse to unlock the phone so we can go to a different carrier.
