Probably one of my favorite dealership experiences! We came in on a Sunday and test drove a few cars. Steve had a lot of people pop in but was never short or flustered with any of them. We picked a car and he suggested we take it to our shop of choice to have it inspected. That says a lot about confidence in your inventory! I took it for an inspection the next day at the only shop I trust and decided to go ahead with the purchase. Being a cash customer usually gets you the run around at a dealership but this was quick and easy. Great customer service is what sets Steve and the rest of the crew apart. I would highly recommend to go there.

I came in with so many questions. Steve didnt hesitate to answer all of my questions. He didnt rush me, and I felt like he truly cared. If you are going to buy a car, trust me and talk to Steve. He will take care of you.

BUYER BEWARE! Please do not buy from this auto place. I bought a 2015 Nissan rogue from them that had a bad transmission and wound up paying almost $4,000 out of pocket within a month of buying this car. I did my homework and had my mechanic inspect it and everything appeared to be a good vehicle, but the transmission problem was not fixed or even presented when I was buying the car. I checked the reviews of this place and looked highly rated, but after talking to the mechanic at Nissan he informed me that they had a lot of people coming in from Big Blue Autos with lots of problems and junk cars. Don’t take a chance with them, it’s not worth it.

I have never been more satisfied when purchasing a vehicle! Jim Hall did absolutely everything it took to get me into a new car. Even with a few unforeseen circumstances, I was in and out with the car I wanted and 100% satisfied. Excellent salesman!
