Doesn't take cash deposits to accounts that are not your own, irritating but understandable. So I get a cashier's check from my bank and they mistakenly put an "and" in the name. They could not take this cashier's check and we're closed by this time.This rating was salvaged by an employee Oliver the next day who handled everything very kindly and professionally. Thank you Oliver.

I transferred to Bank of America few months ago at this location and the customer service work above and beyond to please their customers. I met Gary and he explained ever little detail I needed to know. He was so patient and kind. Overall he has the best skill in pleasing and leaving customers wit great experience. Terrible service. DO NOT GO THERE. Most of the employees are not qualified. Took me 6 hours to open an account. Not worth it
