This store is absolutely stunning and has such a wonderful selection. The options seemed never ending and slightly overwhelming. Jackie helped up understand how the design customizing works. She made it all so easy and fun. I am so glad she greeted us and had answers to all of our questions and concerns. What a wonderful person she is, be sure to ask for her. I can only recommend 10/10

Amazing experience dealing with Lucy from the Arhaus Lexington store. She is such a professional, very keen to detail and to help with any problems that can come up. She has been with Arhaus for 6+ years, extremely knowledgeable of the products and design concepts. I highly recommend asking for her when you go to the store!

I purchased counter stools and area rug online from Arhaus since we don’t have a showroom near me. I received an email from Lucy Tizzano Arhaus President’s club reaching out to see if I needed any design assistance. I took her up on it as I needed help with my dinning area. She was so helpful on the phone and texting me pictures of dinning tables and chairs together!!
Thank you Lucy I can’t wait to have my furniture delivered!!

I had such a great time at Arhaus! Jackie was the best—super friendly and so easy to chat with. She really helped me find exactly what I needed and had some awesome ideas for my space. If you go there, definitely ask for her, you'll be in good hands! Can’t wait to go back!

I have had a great experience working with Daneille, Lucy, and Barrett. From the first time we arrived at the store they welcomed us with a friendly smile and took the time to understand our needs. I bought a beautiful table that was has been a maintenance nightmare. The wood has not been treated so it will stain and is terrible about water spots. The metal will actually get rust spots. I love the look but would never purchase again or recommend anyone else purchasing terrible quality

I was contacted by the online service and sent pictures of the table. They offered to return my money, let me select another table or replace this table. I love the look of this table and decided to get the table replaced. I was totally shocked that they contacted me but that is excellent customer service!

Beautiful furniture but horrendous customer service and even worse delivery. Don't let their "concierge" delivery into your house. They broke an ottoman and dropped it on our newly refinished hardwood floor causing $5k in damage. After spending $$$$ on furniture, you would expect more.Take your dollars directly to NC to buy handmade furniture, even with the trip costs you would save money and have the same if not better quality furniture.
