Total SCAM! We ordered a book for my daughter’s college class. We never received the book. Weeks after ordering, we received an envelope with some invalid code.I cannot get anyone on the phone to get a refund.

this company is a total scam. I returned my books damage free and I got told I would have to replace it (over $200 worth) based on the damages that came from USPS. I am a college student just trying to get a degree. I wish I could give this company zero stars.
