Frank restored our faith in humanity today. He went above and beyond to help our family during a very stressful situation. This business is a prime example of why we should all support local small family ran businesses instead of corporate giants that have no compassion or care about customers or their families. I am so grateful and appreciative of Frank and he has a new family of customers for life.

Please DO NOT give these people any business ! They are the worst wrecker service I have ever dealt with.. They completely took advantage of us. Our driver got stuck on the side of the road on a soft shoulder, Wrecker came out and towed him out and took our truck 0.4 miles to the truck stop and charged us $1,250 dollars never in my 7 years of being in business I have been charged this much for pulling a truck off a shoulder and taking him 0.4 miles down the road. The towing guy and owner cruised me and my driver out, as we were asking why the bill was so high. He then proceeded on making threats to us to hold our truck. Didn't allow us to pay with a credit card only cash. Cops got involved and didn't want to help us. It was 10pm at night and there was no way I could get my driver $1,250 cash. I don't understand how you can operate a business like this.. please avoid these people at all cause !!!!!!

I had a very serious wreck in Wickliffe, KY yesterday, 2-24-20, three hours from home. Mark, Frank and Barry towed the truck I was driving away for me, but it didn't end there. Since my wife was three hours away they took me to their shop in Le Center with them and let me stay until she arrived. The guys made me feel like family. They offered me food and drink numerous times! They even offered to go and buy me something from a local restaurant. When my wife had a blowout on our van on the way to get me, Mark offered to drive me two hours up the road to meet her. These are the types of actions that make me proud to be a Kentuckian and proud of the way some of my fellow Kentuckian's treat others in trouble! As I've learned about these gentlemen, this behavior is the norm, not the exception here! Kindness and good country/southern hospitality are what these guys are all about. I can proudly say I have four new friends in Le Center, KY. If I lived in that area I would give these guys all of my business. They truly care about their fellow man! Their actions prove it! God Bless Frank, Mark, Barry and Hunter of Frank's Tire and Wrecker Services in Le Center, KY. for helping make a bad situation better! You guys are the best of the best!!!!
