Victra Independence Verizon Store staff member, Sam, jumped through major hoops and went the extra ten miles to get our family’s three un-locked “bring-your-own-phones” off of Tracfone service and activated with Verizon, while keeping our existing phone numbers. If you want to move your BYOP-unlocked iPhone off of Tracfone over to Verizon, keeping your existing phone number, call Tracfone technical support and get a separate transfer authorization for each phone you want to move from Tracfone to Verizon, before you head over to the Victra Independence Verizon Store, and bring the Transfer Authorization Instructions with you. While you are doing this important detail yourself, you are still letting the Victra Independence store staff handle the transfer process instead of you trying to do the transfer process on your own, through Verizon’s web site, which will only lead to failure. Sam was wonderful.

we came in a little close to close and Briee was so sweet and patient with us. Doing her best to fix our issues with my phone, she ended up saying almost 2 hours past close and stayed so patient the whole time. Thank you Briee!

Excellent and service. The employee who helped me was very patient and helped address all needs, transferred my old phone to my new one. Added all my new aceasories for me. And was very patient with my autistic son who kept wondering off while trying to get his old phone transferred as well.

My experience here was excellent. The man who helped me was very patient and helped transfer my old phone to a new one, helped my son who is autistic and kept leaving while he transferred his phone so the sales clerk would have to find my son for password but he never once acted annoyed. Lot of class and knowledge. I've been to this store in the past and always had very good experience

Best customer service I have ever experienced! To sum the experience up. "Steven Hanley," the Multi Unit Manager handled my situation. Every time I've left a Verizon location in the past, I leave being told one thing, and my bill reflects another.For the first time I am more confident than ever. The situation was handled and explained thoroughly! I also left with paper proof of corrections to ensure I have all the facts. Moving forward I will always find a location with Steven present! Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

McKenna at the Independence store is amazing!!! I had bad service there previously but she was so helpful, insightful and willing to think outside the box to help us and we really appreciate her!!
