These hours for pick up don't make any sense

Big waste of time this place is never opened. Everyday they just put a sign on the door they ain’t open. Ship your stuff fedex because these guys don’t want your business. They will probably reply with some dumb response instead Of just opening there store.

Will not answer their phone whatsoever. Rings and rings. I have been calling for 2 days straight to tell them they delivered my package to the wrong address. NOTHING.

They have returned to sender every package I have had sent to the home we bought here in Hopkinsville last year. Apparently they feel its still an appartment even though we have re done the house as a single family home. They don't even attempt to deliver however. They just hold the package at this location they would notify me in the past and at least give me a heads up to come and pick it up, now they just send it back to shipper.

Waited in the lobby for half an hour because they were having trouble finding packages and then started having trouble with the card machine, until finally a lady came in the lobby and asked why I was there and she took my slip and about 5 mins later I finally got my envelope.. next time I will just wait for them to try to deliver the next day... in a small lobby with 3 other customers, not exactly COVID-19 safe!!
