Just not the same with Peg not owning it anymore. Saved thousands shopping in Clarksville... I dont know if the managers know the sales man is letting customers go without atleast attempting to properly match prices... but he is.

Herb Hays has always treated us right. Reasonable prices and wonderful staff. We have worked with Mandy and she is top notch! They are also always supporting local causes which makes them stand out from the rest!

Friendly staff.Listens to your wants and needs. Gives you time and space to view products in the store without being all up on you like some stores staff. They offer well made products. Love my Bedroom set that we purchased there. They also support their community.

This family owned business isn't just another business. They make you feel like family starting from the owners, sales staff, right down to the delivery team. I have bought from Herb Hays for over 25 years and continue to go back every time I am looking for something to add or replace in my home or office. I love the selection they carry and if they don't have it in stock they'll search for it. A+++

I love our new sectional! We have been looking for the perfect piece for awhile. Liz and Mandy were so great helping me make this dream piece a reality. I couldn't argue with the price. The delivery team was prompt and put it where we wanted it. I super appreciate everything! I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Bought Mattress 2 years ago it ripped at seams and they replaced it and we had to pay the difference of $82 got that mattress home and it ripped at the seams foam is showing from a 6 inch tear and now they won't replace it. will never buy anything from this company ever again. They just want your money. Won't be going back there ever again. Terrible service
