Sales person did well to help us find the right vehicle, however it was really busy and it appeared they didn’t have the staffing to accommodate the volume. Subsequently keys were lost and we were left in limbo for sometime. Sales manager had incorrect information on my credit application and informed it was not a big deal, however only after noting on bottom of the document there were inaccuracies did the person correct the issue on a new document. The vehicle is fine and was helped in searching for the right vehicle, but overall was less than meeting expectations of quality of service.

Buying experience was good, Tre Carey is a good dude and easy to work with, however everything post-purchase has been a disaster. Whoever did my financial paperwork messed it up where I had to wait nearly a month to even know where or how to pay my new auto loan because the paperwork wasn't submitted properly. I had my old auto loan still active a month after not even having the car because it took so long for them to fix it. Additionally I called them four times to inquire about my license plates, I would keep getting told "they will come soon". I call them again today because my plates expire in three days , now they finally tell me they have been sent to the county clerk a couple weeks ago, I call my county clerk and they denied the paperwork because that too was incorrect. Dam Cummins dealerships claims they will give me new temp tags and fix the paperwork but everything so far is indicating that this is not the case, I am driving a car with no proof other than the contract that it's mine, would be nice to have the plates and registration

I previously posted about my buying experience (which was great) . Now i have to give them a shout out for their amazing service. Just a month after buying the car, i found that the exhaust system needed replacement . It turned out that the prior owner had done modifications that caused the problems. The car came with a platinum 90 day warranty but the warranty would not cover anything that has been modified. Cummins stepped right up and did the repairs themselves. I live 60 miles from their facility. They brought me a rental and drove the car to their shop. When the car was ready, they brought it to me. That is amazing service! I would absolutely recommend dealing with them!

We were looking to lease for the first time and our salesman Jeremiah was great at explaining everything to us. Everyone was friendly and we were treated very fairly. They gave us a great trade in value and were willing to work with us on the payment. We love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee! We will definitely be doing business at Dan Cummings again!

Best experience ever! A big thanks to ?Sam Coffey my salesman & Keaton who also helped out! We had a lot of fun there! They made buying a new vehicle EASY! No pressure! They all demonstrated great customer service, kept my family and I informed on ever moment of the process, everyone was happy and pleasant, they had the most unlimited awesome snacks for their customers, clean & safe atmosphere, & they made sure my family & I was 100% happy and satisfied! First time I bought a vehicle from here, and I don’t know why I didn’t start coming here sooner! I won’t go anywhere else! I hope everyone has this great experience that my family and I had! We can’t stop smiling! ?

We had a great experience with Dan Cummins Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Georgetown! My husband was able to get in exactly what he wanted at a great deal! They answered all of our questions, were upfront, and made the whole experience worth making the drive to them. I Highly recommend them!

Charles and Jorge really went out of their way !
They were outstanding and patient with me even though I was on a specific budget.
They were honest all the way and were very efficient on the follow ups.
