This is a small independent repair shop that has worked on my vehicles twice: for a rough ride problem and for no working front defroster. In both cases the repairs were done right the first time, and for a very fair price. They stand behind their work with a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Marcus at the front desk is always kind, patient and helpful. This is a shop that I’ll be relying on for years to come and I recommend them highly.

I dropped off my Nissan Frontier for preventative maintenance and a pre- vacation look over. Ross noticed dry rot beginning in the tires, and recommended replacing the serpentine belt and recommended replacing the spark plugs and replacing the brake pads and rotors. I replaced the tires as I was aware they had high miles on them.
They kept me informed on the cost and repair status along the way and did a good job ?

Bluegrass Auto saved my family's road trip! Listen to this story. Myself, wife, dog and twin 2-year-old toddlers were in my Tacoma on the first leg of our extended trip from Ohio to South Carolina to visit family.
We hit a pothole on the highway and heard an unusually loud thud. When we pulled off to see what was going on, my driver's side strut collapsed. The guy at the gas station told us to go to Bluegrass Auto, a couple of blocks away.
One could imagine the panic about to set in, with the whole family in the cab and the truck packed to the gills. We stayed calm and drove over to Bluegrass Auto.
These guys were amazing. The part we needed was in town, and they got our truck in right away. So we took the kids to the Mexican restaurant in the same plaza with the dog, and we had a great lunch. When we came back to see if the truck was ready, it was still going to be a little bit, so the front desk attendant put on some cartoons for the kids. We were back on the road in about two hours! Awesome!
What could have been a tremendously complicated hiccup on our road trip turned out to be a memorable event!

They didn't try to upsell us. One issue we had they couldn't fix and told us to take it to the dealership. Not many places turn away a $2,000 repair. We WILL be back!

Was having starting issues. I was thinking it could've been a bad fuel pump, injectors etc. I had told them my thoughts and they could've ran with it and replaced said items I named. They didn't. They diagnosed my issue being a computer issue and relearned my system. They are trust worthy people and absolutely my go to shop! They are very personable and knowledgeable!

I had a problem with the tire sensor . The mechanic came into the office and told me what was wrong with my car. He had the problem fixed in a very short amount of time and rotated my tires. Thank you very much.

I would give zero stars if I could. Here’s the deal.… How much do you charge to do a diagnostic? “$80 and you’ll know within 24 hours”.. 2 days later “hey any news? Well we don’t know, we have to look further into it and it will be $300+” you have NO answers and just asked for more money? No thank you. I felt taken advantage of. Picked up my car for a trip, they asked if I’d be back, I said I don’t know at this point. Decided NOT to go back, we’ll guess what. They have the plastic undercarriage. They didn’t TELL us they had it. My husband noticed it wasn’t there weeks later. You mean to tell me you all never noticed it was at your shop and just decided to not tell me…? Thankfully they said they would hold it for me BUT NOW I need documentation for warranty that back dates to when my car was at their shop and they never wrote up any documentation on their findings!? Yeah SURE. You all never charged me but at this rate I wish you DID charge the $80 you were SUPPOSED to because then I wouldn’t be $$$$ out of luck $7,000 for this repair. Good job guys. I know you made it very clear that you did nothing wrong so this review shouldn’t bother you one bit.Watch. The plastic underbody of my car is going to magically disappear after this.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place has a great mechanic. I picked this auto repair based on someone else's review that had a Honda Element timing chain replaced. My Buick Verano needed the timing chain fixed.I've waited to post a review to grasp the longevity of the auto repair. This place is top notch h for timing chain repairs!
