Drove two hours to pick up my wife’s new Odyssey. They insured that everything was ready so we could get back on the road back home quickly. As a first-time car buyer, I very much appreciated how prompt and courteous they were at responding to many questions I had through email before coming to the store (thank you Hattie and Trey). They are not pushy and do not force last-minute add ons. They gave me the best deal in the Lexington area for my new 2025 CR-V hybrid and also gave a good amount for my trade-in vehicle (2007 Camry).

. i bought my car flat out cash 5/17. The dealership didn’t send my documents in for the title i’ve been to my tag office in GA 3 times at this point. Georgia tag office called them wed july 15 to ask where the documents are for my tags, they hadn’t sent them. ODDLY enough i called on thursday spoke to the manager who said he was calling immediately and would call me before the day end. These ppl don’t care about you, remember it’s just a job. i had the remind my son they are there to make money and that means under any circumstances, we all have to take care of our families. we called bc of issues with the car my son was told oh well no big deal it’s fine. they didn’t fix anything but there’s a supposed warranty. sorry Ellet was nice to work with. Now after traveling out to work, I was informed today by the tag office if i don’t make it back by friday then they will have to send everything back to the dealership bc they play are under a deadline that wasn’t met.
