People should be able to take the carts out to get their clothes. Put cameras up if you are afraid of people stealing the carts. People shouldn't be discriminated against for the people who do the bad decisions

Moms Laundry provides great customer service. Drop laundry off, they launder, fold and hang your clothes. Fast service and they will call you with time to pick up. (Also have a self serve laundromat). Great service, price. Much appreciated.

The last THREE times I’ve been in there to dry my clothes I have left with wet clothes. not damp, WET and the clothes were in the dryer for 12-15 minutes ON HIGH. 3 minutes dryer times and the dryers dont work. Literally better off using the broken dryer I have at home. WASTED MY MONEY!!

Just two hours after I drop the laundry off, they called me to pick it up. These people are amazing! They are also kind, I had a choice of laundry detergent, and they even hung all my sweaters, so they didn't have to be dried.Love these ladies!

I would give it 5 stars but half the washers were down other than that it was great clothes came out clean and the dryers dried hard to find around frankfort

DO NOT GO HERE, washer does not work when set on hot (only warm) paid extra for hot and didn’t know this. One load is $4.25

It's clean but a worker there was definitely rude attitude about things and u definitely could tell she wasn't a happy person. But honestly If I had my own washer and dryer I'd definitely wouldn't go there for any of my laundry needs .
