Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Our A/C went out while on vacation. Temps were in the mid to high 90°s. We stopped in, explained our situation, and they took a look at the car right away. A few hours later we were back on the road with our A/C restored. Thank you, thank you, thank you Goodyear Frankfort, KY. You were our saviors!

Garret was a great help. Been to 8 shops to find out what was wrong and he was the first to find out what's really going on and be able to show me what I needed to do.

Dave answered the phone after I was put on an extensive hold. I was advised they could change my tires the next day at 2pm. My husband went all the way to this location from our home a city over, to be told they don't have the tires. Did not order tires...nothing. If only I could put no stars

Alyssa always goes above and beyond to help. She’s quick to answer my questions and provide me with any information that I need and she’s always friendly and welcoming when I come into the store. She is definitely an asset to this location. Honestly, everybody in here is very friendly. I’ll continue to visit for as long as I can.
