I took my vehicle in because of overheating issues. I asked them to check everything out and they told me it was my radiator. I spent $800 and it turns out that it was my head gasket, so now I have a bad engine and I’m out $800. I called the owner and asked for this to be made right, not one thing has been done. I had to rent a vehicle for two weeks while I was waiting on them to give me an answer. I had to buy another vehicle, and this one is still sitting in my driveway. They should have caught the head gasket leak, it was very prevalent, but somebody didn’t do their job correctly. I just want my money back and to be reimbursed For my rental. Don’t think I’ll get either one of them. I guarantee you, I’ll never use their services again.

Everyone here was really nice. Took my car in because it had a bunch of dashboard lights on. They said it was just a loose sensor and didn't even charge me anything! I went to the dealership before going here where they charged $150 for inspection and tried to upsell me on a bunch of things. Will definitely be back if I have any car issues in the future. Thank you guys!

This group really saved us with a last minute call! We were heading back to New York when we had a cylinder misfire. They were able to get us in right away and get us taken care of and on our way in no time!Great crew to chat with and very friendly overall. If I lived here, I'd take my vehicles there for sure!

I have now purchased two different sets of tires and had them shipped + installed here with great results. Additionally, when I've run over road hazards and need a leaky tire to be plugged, they've taken care of me and gotten me back on my way quickly. They are now the only tire shop that I will use and I recommend them to friends and co-workers alike.

A shop of the highest integrity. Passing through on our way back to Illinois, our Nissan Altima broke down on the interstate. We limped the car to David Toles, where they diagnosed a serious rear suspension issue which they could fix for about $1,800. Before doing the work, however, they advised that I should have it evaluated by the Nissan dealer, as some of the parts involved may be covered under a recall. In fact, Nissan paid for the whole fix. I am thoroughly impressed by Toles' honesty in letting me know that, as they could have collected $1,800 from me without my knowing the truth. From talking to others who've actually had work done there, they do a great job at fixing things, too! Highly recommended.

Customer service is amazing they are fast reliable responsible and I love the fact that they have their own caravan that came and picked me up from work which was very convenient and overall the shop is amazing and prices are extremely awesome so I would like to thank Jeff and Van I think that's his name you guys were amazing!!.

Needed a pair of tires quick and inexpensive. They were able to have me setup the next morning and even had a ride device to drop me off at work so dropping my car off was less of an inconvenience.

We were touring Frankfort with friends when the air conditioning died in our car. David Toles Auto Pro worked very hard to get us cool and back on the road before we had to leave the campground. We are very appreciative.
