Connie was great to work with however a lot is left to be desired of UHM overall. The new app is every aspect useless. A real problem exists which has yet to be addressed. UHM customer service is never available to take calls and never return messages. I have been reinstalled on the new app 3 times but every time I go back it does not recognize me. It tells me I don’t exist in the system. I have requested a paper statement be mailed to me monthly, as I am still not able to access my account on line, but I have yet to receive a statement. Overall the most inept mortgage company I have dealt with.

I have known Connie Smith for more than 24 years! With my 28 years of real estate experience, I have experienced over 1000 closing transactions, and many loan officers. Connie Smith has exceptional knowledge of the various loan products and advises the buyer of their options. When Connie writes a preapproval the buyer's loan will close as long as the buyers do as advised and there is not an out of ordinary extending circumstance (title not clear, home defect, etc). Connie communicates clearly and is very responsive to all questions/circumstances. She provides solutions if problems arise. Connie is very aware of contract closing dates and makes sure closings happen in a timely manner. She treats every client as if their loan is the only loan she has on her plate. Connie is always Professional and Responsive !

Connie was a dream to work with and our situation was not a simple one. She was more than willing to work with us on every step of the process and always kept us informed of what was going on. Only disappointment was she was not able to attend the closing as she had a prior appointment that could not be rescheduled.

UHM is the Ritz Carlton of the Mortgage business. Although I never met with anyone face to face during my process, I felt I had very personalized, professional service! My questions and concerns were dealt with in a very timely manner and I was always kept up to date on what was going on.
I know I had a very tough loan to get done. Susan and her team worked very hard and the closing went off without a hitch. Thank you very much!!

They know right away, the proper way to avoid any hurdles that would slow down the process before it can even happen and with helping the client get needed documents in advance to keep the process moving smoothly!We greatly appreciated the positivity, courtesy, respect and professionalism of Connie Smith and her team.
