The only CrossFit style gym on post, that actual has abb mats for hand stand push ups, rings for any ring muscle ups, two full rigs to do muscle ups, or squats, pull ups, more than one assault bike, assault runners, ropes to climb. The big winner is that this place is free, so you don’t have to pay 130 dollars a month to go to.

Best gym on Fort Campbell. Truly a gym that can be utilized to make a functional soldier athlete.

More of a crossfit type gym. The bench press room is a little janky as well as the other smaller rooms. Probably the only gym on post that allows or doesn't mind us using chalk as long as we clean up after.

Good for Crossfit and Cardio

If you are lifting or into CrossFit style workouts, this is the best gym on post. You have all the equipment you need; rowers, bumper plates, racks for squatting, ropes, kettle bells, whatever you need. There's also a room for stretching, a small cardio room, and a side room with more traditional squat racks. It does get crowded from the physical readiness training times on Fort Campbell: 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. Other than that, plenty of space and equipment.
