I do not recommend going here. I should have went to my normal spot, Glamour Nails in Crestview Hills. The lady doing my pedicure used DIRTY tools on my feet. I watched her use the same tools on her prior client and she did not wash them or get CLEAN ones when it was my turn. How is that sanitary or acceptable?! Also it was very hot and muggy in the salon and they just had the front door wide open. Overall bad experience and would never go back.

This was my fifth visit to this place, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I used to enjoy coming here and this place actually was becoming my favorite, but during my past two visits, the staff, especially the owner, have been nothing but rude. The lady who has been doing my nails recently seems clueless and always refers me to the owner, who is extremely rude and unhelpful. When she handles my hands, she is extremely rough. The waiting time is unbearable and unfair. I came in to fix just one nail and ended up waiting for an hour while watching others who arrived after me get served first. Terrible customer service.
There is nowhere that I mentioned the lady was rough to me today. Was she unsure just like any other times? extremely. Was she rough other times, yes, please re-review footage of other instances, she is rough to the point of touching the drill on my skin. Please Re-review your footage because you clearly missed where i attempted to ask "the owner" as referred to by my nail tech( who clearly does not now who the owner is), a question about the price when she asked me to ask him to which he replied back in a rude manner "ASK HER".
On my way back I was waiting on the line to pay and was cornered by another lady asking for payment like I wasn't already waiting to pay. This made me feel rushed and uncomfortable.
I understand that your business values its clients and strives to provide excellent service. There is no bad intention here, however, these incidents have impacted my perception of your salon. I hope this feedback helps in improving your services for future clients.

I have went to this salon multiple times with great results but my last visit wasn’t too good. I started with a pedicure which was great and the tech was very personable. Once I moved to the manicure with no wait time, Kim was very professional but I’ve had some issues with my nails. I had my nails done 3/22, she cut my cuticles multiple times during the service but I could tell she felt bad so I let it slide. I had asked if I could wash my hands before continuing the service as I was actively bleeding but she insisted on continuing with applying the gel polish before washing my hands. By 3-31 they were already lifting off my nails around the cuticle. I haven’t been using my hands too much as I am 7 months into my pregnancy and do very little at this point, maybe two sink fulls of dishes at most. I’m very disappointed as I paid over 100 dollars for nails that only lasted a little over a week.

I've never had better service! Every time I've been a walk-in, they always work me in and you're never rushed.
The team is more like a family and the atmosphere is impeccable.

Was sent home with wet polish from a 50 dollar pedicure and basic manicure 25 bucks nails were not shaped/filed and dry/dead skin let around finger nail.
