If your checking you must scale in around the corner. If no one answers then call the number on the scale. You have to scale out also. The is plenty of room to maneuver at each dock dock 2 is by the scale dock 3 just follow the road around and cross over the railroad tracks. The people were friendly and work pretty quickly. Leave straps on so the load doesn’t fall over when docking. They will give you your paperwork back and you are done.

It is the second entrance on the left side, you have to arrive at the appointment time because there is little space to wait and there are only 4 platforms.

When entering facility get in Scale it they’ll assign dock and you out in around an hourNo bathroom or loungeStayed overnight in dock 1

East drive is shipping and receiving. You need a pick up number but employees were nice and loaded me right away.

In the office, a very angry woman works on her face at once. I do not recommend and will wait very long here. Please be careful about the load if it has fallen or something else they do not accept.( dock 3 delivery office)

Shipping crew very fast and efficient. Receiving can be slow; most time a minimum of 2hrs. Must scale in and out. Can’t stay in your truck during loading/unloading.

5 hours for unloading also you have to wait in the waiting room while they unloading your truck
