I have never been offered such a humiliating trade in price before in my life. Even after I provided a kbb trade in value sheet ($8900). My vehicle has a resale price of over $12,000, offered a trade in of $3800. Way to lose a sale. I know that my one car purchase does not matter much to you. Perhaps your research dept should do some real digging instead of trying to rape someone on a price. I will NEVER talk, recommend or allow a friend to do business with this establishment. Must be a reason why the used car dept looks like a fly by night operation.
