Just moved here, found my favorite natural foods store! I’m so stoked to find this place. Y’all gotta come check it out! If you are picky about the ingredients in your personal care items, food, and even household cleaning items, then you should shop at Matt’s!I’ve been to a lot of different natural grocery stores across the country (I used to travel for work). I’m…picky.I IMMEDIATELY loved this store the moment I stepped in. Highly recommend you come here for supplements before going to a chain store. It’s clear that Matt and his team have thoroughly researched the products they offer.

Stopped by on a weekday around lunch when it was quiet and got the best customer service I ever imaged. I spoke to a customer representative Noel and she gave me the best options for what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean and easy to find parking!

My friend and I went to get coffee next door and she asked if I'd like to check out your store. She told me her mom had been buying their vitamins here since she was much younger. We go in and the staff was very attentive to their current customers, and we had time to browse peacefully. A sweet staff member came and spoke with us to help us find certain products, some of which were out of stock so she promptly took a note to call me when they came in. One was a book about therapeutic herbs that I am ecstatic to purchase. Later in our stroll a staff member overheard one of my family's dietary needs and recommended some products they had on hand. She and I began to speak about a condition my husband has, and she recommended two products one of which I purchased. She explained why each ingredient would he beneficial and at checkout even gave some samples of another product. Even though I was offered help multiple times by staff, it was an extremely low pressure environment and they know how to make you feel comfortable. They also spoke on how knowledgeable their boss and store owner was. I thought that was nice because he wasn't in at the moment and they still spoke highly of him. I didn't speak to the third staff member there, but I'm sure she was lovely as well. I was helped by a white, blonde woman and an African American woman with dark hair. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and find joy in helping customers find products to enhance their lives. I can't say enough and I was only there 30 to 40 minutes. I will absolutely be back!

I have been coming here for years. I love all the products that I have tried from food options, essential oils, deodorant, make up, natural remedies.. you truly can be in control here of the products you put on and into your body without it feeling overwhelming. I must add that the process for my health + mental health was overwhelming for me the last few years. I had postpartum issues that were hard to deal with and I had doctors I didn't fully trust and medications I was put on with horrible side effects....There was a very important woman who helped me through a lot of that and her name was Sarah. She was beautiful inside & out and everytime I left she helped ease my woman mind. She listened and always had a natural recommendation. She always had a beautiful smile. Her absence everytime I walk in there now hurts my heart but reminds me to stay strong at the same time. May she rest in peace.

How did I not know this place was here?? I stopped into to pick up a packet for a 5k and was amazed! This place was so bright, large, organized and well stocked! I was impressed by the different areas and all the natural products and local products they carry. Even though they were so busy with the packet pickup, the staff was friendly and asks if I had any questions. I will be back and shopping here more often. You must checkout this place!

Found this place after taking a wrong turn! Saw the sign and it looked interesting enough to stop in and I was very pleasantly surprised by the customer service and all of the natural products for sale! Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

I had no clue this place existed until today.I called and the service I received exceeded my expectations.I will try and avoid ever going to the Vitamin Shoppe again unless is a significant savings to be had.They are very rude and they just commited business suicide telling me I might want to call Matt's when they could have ordered me the same item from another store or got it online.I will gladly spend a buck or two more for service with a smile.im quite impressed.I would been coming here all along if i had known.

I've only been here twice and both times the lady's working were so nice and very helpful! Definitely would recommend this store!
