We needed a local agent and happened to find Mr. Kelly. He and his secretary Monica are awesome! They are always able to help us, give advice, and if they aren't able to answer the phone they promptly get back to us via phone or email. We highly recommend them!

The representatives at Bob Kelly: Allstate Insurance are awesome when I needed help with transferring my Auto policy from my old residence in Texas to my new one here in the state of Kentucky. They helped me over the phone and took me through the process swiftly and efficiently checking all the boxes and answering all my questions. I even upgraded my Standard Insurance Package to the Platinum Package which I am very fond of all its benefits. I started with Bob a few months ago after switching over from progressive. While Allstate is still a big company, I feel like I’m dealing with a small mom-and-pop insurer when I talk to Bob. He’s super nice, helpful, and shot me straight when I came in looking for a quote. I’ve been able to get ahold of him every time I’ve called, and have never talked to a robot or waited on a long hold. On top of that, I pay less than I did with progressive. Great experience & glad I switched.
